We have set up a paint booth at our plants to carry out the paint jobs.
By carrying out paint jobs in-house, it becomes possible for us to achieve strict quality assurance and manage delivery dates. We are also concentrating on reducing cost and delivery time.
Especially for products used in the aircraft sector, we first paint a test piece and record all the check points such as paint check, coating check, and finishing checks such as drying point. We implement stricter quality assurance by controlling the lots with approved painting methods.
Surface Treatments
By collaborating with our partner manufacturers, we can support requests for various surface treatments such as heat treatment, polishing, and plating.
We strictly control the outsourcing process and urge our partner manufacturers to follow the same quality assurance and production control system as that of our company.
